Let's start with getting to know the blog owner. I am 29 years old, engaged, working girl from Istanbul, Turkey. I work at a big corporate company and usually very busy with my work but when I get free time all I care is DIY projects. Actually I recently started being interested in DIY but after a short while it became my dream.
I started with a very small sewing machine. I have to admit it really sucked. My thread was breaking all the time, feeding dogs were eating my fabric. It was a true nightmare. Suddenly and thankfully it got broken!! I never taught to get it fixed because it was a cheap machine and i hated it. So I decided to invest for a better, brand new machine. I researched through all the good brands including Singer, Janome, Pfaff, Brother. I always like those embroidery machines but they were way too expensive for my pocket although I wanted to have many different decorative stiches and free motion quilting. So I decided to get Singer One Plus. I have to say I am very happy with it.
It has about 260 different stiches including letters. Do I use all of the stich types? I use some of them, definetly not all of the stiches but they are nice to have. It is an electronic machine with many different functions.I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to invest for a good machine.
